3.2 Account Types

• Freelancer: Creative professionals seeking job opportunities
• Job Owner: Individuals or businesses posting job opportunities

3.3 Account Verification

Job owners may be required to verify their identity and business registration before posting jobs. We reserve the right to verify any account.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 For Freelancers

• Provide accurate information about your skills and experience
• Fulfill accepted job commitments professionally
• Communicate promptly with job owners
• Deliver work as agreed upon

4.2 For Job Owners

• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Respond to applications in a timely manner
• Pay freelancers as agreed upon completion
• Treat freelancers with respect and professionalism

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
• Post spam, fraudulent jobs, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to bypass platform fees or payment systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the platform's operation

6. Payments and Fees

Payment terms are agreed between job owners and freelancers. Seniwork may charge platform fees for certain services. All fees will be clearly communicated before any transaction.

7. Intellectual Property

Freelancers retain ownership of their work unless otherwise agreed with the job owner. By posting content on Seniwork, you grant us a license to display that content on the platform.

8. Third-Party Services

Seniwork integrates with third-party services such as Google Calendar. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Seniwork is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or availability of services between users. We are not responsible for disputes between freelancers and job owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seniwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
